Jumping in the deep-end: for my first project, together with Adam Cantwell-Corn, we analysed a dataset containing 30,000 rows, each one tracking a period of absence of a staff member in Bristol City Council.

Tableau was a key tool for analysing this dataset, and this project was also my first use of the tool, so I learnt a great deal.

When taking into account the decrease of staff at the council, we found that absences due to stress, depression, and axiety had been increasing.
